By downloading, installing, or using the Seiru application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
Seiru is an AI-powered emotional wellness companion that provides mood tracking, guided conversations, therapeutic exercises, and gamified emotional growth through an RPG world. Seiru is designed as a wellness and support tool and is NOT a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment.
User Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Seiru offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, characters, artwork, and software within Seiru are the intellectual property of Hanabi Interactive. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the application without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Seiru is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Hanabi Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Seiru is not a crisis intervention tool β if you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hanabi Interactive is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
